Removing Dummy Receipts

I needed to install new Keynote templates on machines that have iWork 09.
So, I created the Templates package along with a dummy package. I cached
the Templates on machines that had iWork 09 and installed the dummy package
at the same time. Then, I created a Smart Group that looks for the receipt
from that dummy package.

I then setup a second policy that installs the templates on a 15 minute
interval. This policy is scoped to the Smart Group I created. This way,
once the software is cached on the machines it can be installed.

Now, I want to remove the machine from the Smart Group so I can go on with
other installs. I thought that simply removing the receipt and running a
recon would work, but that doesn't seem to be doing it. Can anyone shed
some lite on this?
