Removing shutdown item in apple menu

Hi all,

Could anybody remove the shutdown item in apple menu with configuration profile in OS X 10.11.2? Configuration Profiles -> Finder -> Commands -> uncheck shutdown

I also tried to remove the restart menu without success.

It didn't work for me in OS X 10.11.2, I haven't tested OS X 10.11.3

Same issue, cannot remove the shutdown or restart items on 10.11.3
