Restore/Update error Apple Configurator v2.13.1

I have tried to Update/ Restore iPads on Mac Catalina 10.15.7 using Apple Configurator v2.13.1

I am getting the following error

It has been happening on several iPads. Seems to happen when updating to iPadOS 14

Does anyone have any ideas?
