Hi everyone,
Suddenly, my restricted applications don't appear to be restricted any
longer. I've got all settings configured the same as they were. I kill
the process for a given name such as Terminal but to no avail. Does
anyone know why this may have started happening?

Ensure the machine is managed in the JSS and try running sudo jamf manage on it to ensure it has a new fresh copy of the framework

John
were you restricting them with Tom's app path MCX or using the "restricted Software" configuration?

Hi Tom,
I'm one step ahead of ya. I've done both and nothing. I've only been
modifying the MCX prefs as of late. What else could be disabling this?

If you remove the MCX files and Computer record does it refresh properly?
sudo rm -rf /Library/Managed Preferences/*
sudo dscl . delete /Computers

I was using the resticted software piece and not MCX. I was just saying
that the only configuration changes I've made lately were to MCX.
