Return to Service 401 Unauthorized Error

Have one iPad that is getting a 401 Unauthorized Error when the Return to Service app is opened and tap Reset.

The issue was the client_secret had changed for another use case using Return to Service. Once the updated client_secret was added in the app configuration started working again.
