If I need to push out System Centre Endpoint Protection Virus Definition Update using either ARD or Casper Policy, how should I do it?
Where do you even found these updates?

+13You should be able to download the installer from the VLSC portal, so long as your account is enabled to download installers. You'll probably want to build a an uninstall script that runs before installation and in-to-account the different versions you might have in your environment. If I remember correctly, the uninstaller is located somewhere in the applications resources, but it may differ depending on the version currently installed.
+13I think he was referring to getting the anti-virus definitions onto the client machines. Something I have thought about also
