You should be able to download the installer from the VLSC portal, so long as your account is enabled to download installers. You'll probably want to build a an uninstall script that runs before installation and in-to-account the different versions you might have in your environment. If I remember correctly, the uninstaller is located somewhere in the applications resources, but it may differ depending on the version currently installed.
