This problem was noticed after the latest Jamf cloud update.
the experience was when you install apps from self service, it would sit on executing and not download, and not install.
After bunch of investigation, it turns out Cylance had quarantined some Jamf components..
See screenshots... Once I safe listed them, and added them to the memory bypass in cylance, we rebooted the Mac, and installs started again.
just thought I would share.

Thanks for this. We got hit by this pretty hard but are A-OK now.
