I got a problem with enrolled devices : when I open Self Service app, I have got a message like "Impossible to connect to Server"...
Does it work after deleting the app and pushing it again with an inventory update? Sometimes the app doesn't get configured correctly.
You may also need to clear the user cache for Self Service in ~/Library/Caches/.
We have a few iPads that are coming up with the same error.I was wondering if anyone has come up with a solution?I cannot find where the user cache for Self Service as our Casper server is a Windows Server.
