Hi all,

I'm getting the following error when I use Self Service to download a package.
"
Downloading https://casper.commsec-it.cba/CasperShare/Packages/googlechrome-52.0.2743.82.dmg...
The network connection was interrupted while downloading the package from https://casper.commsec-it.cba/CasperShare/Packages/googlechrome-52.0.2743.82.dmg. Attempting to reconnect...
Downloading https://casper.commsec-it.cba/CasperShare/Packages/googlechrome-52.0.2743.82.dmg...
Error: googlechrome-52.0.2743.82.dmg is not available on the HTTP server.
"

But from a browser, I can type in
https://casper.commsec-it.cba/CasperShare/Packages/googlechrome-52.0.2743.82.dmg
and it downloads fine. (Yes, I have to type in the fileshare username and password)

Any idea why this Self Service doesn't like this?
Any ideas what to look for to diagnose it further?
Is there something else I need to do at the fileshare or httpd?

I am using Casper JSS 9.92
The Macbook is MacOS Sierra (beta 3)

Are you using a JDS or File Share Distribution?
Personally, I found that setting up a JDS on a separate server allows Self Service to work more effectively.
A straight File Share using AFP seems to work better than a SMB but don't turn on the HTTP.
