Self Service error

Hi All,

Having issues with Self Service for reasons unknown?!

Looks like someone had edited the permissions which broke the share but this was fixed and put back to normal but no one can install packages. The share can be mounted manually and packages run.

Please see attached my permissions and the error in jamf log which is no help at all.

Top is windows server permissions second is what mac users see.

Thanks for the help this is all sorted now. Turns out it was as simple as someone changing the password as they didn't realise what the account was for.

could you try this

sudo jamf policy -id 37 -verbose

It should spit out a more detailed output of policy 37.
