Self Service iPad app doesn't install.

Hello all, I've got a simple app that I purchased (free) through Volume Purchase Program - Smart Screen Share. Basically an app needed to share screen from iPad to Smart Board.

When a teacher presses on the app in Self Service to install it, it spins and then goes back to install. It never actually installs.

iPad is updated to the latest iPadOS.

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

A couple of areas to look at. Make sure you have enough licenses for all the devices in the scope. If could be there is not enough licenses to install. Also, make sure the App is properly setup for Managed Distribution and is setup for Device Assignment.

Take a look History tab in the iPad record in Jamf and look at the Management History. Hopefully you will see either a Pending or Failed Command and will show any errors that it preventing the App from installing.
