Hi All
Has anyone come across intermittent login issues when trying to log in to self service when you know the username and password is correct? it sometimes takes a few tries before being able to log in
Self Service v10.0.0

Not really...I would check your JSS AD connection by performing test queries within the JSS itself. I’ve seen times when one of our domain controllers had issues that may have caused this very problem

maybe check your LDAP Proxy?

In case anyone else is looking for an answer. My account (Admin) wouldn't let me sign in. Turned out to be my PW because I was a standard user and not a LDAP user.
Check Settings > Locate User > Jamf Pro User Accounts & Groups > Edit > Change PW. Was able to sign in after I reset the PW.
