Self-Service Managed VPP to the device App Distribution on IOS 10

Not sure if any one has been testing the beta yet, but I was testing the self-service app through managed distribution as a VPP to the device deployment, and a 9.3.3 gets the configuration properly, but a IOS 10 beta one doesn't.

Jamf staff might need to test this and report it back to apple, as it would probably affect the managed distribution apps.

I tried this when the iOS 10 public beta came out a couple of weeks ago. I concluded that device based app assignment was simply broken. It worked if you signed into the iPad with an AppleID. I contacted JAMF support and they already knew about this. There is is a long way to go before iOS10 and the associated release of Casper are released, so it is safe to assume it will be fixed by then.

Frankly, iOS 10 has little to offer iPads other than the ability to force bluetooth on. We got everything we could have wanted in 9.3.
