Is it only me that often has clients where the self service cannot connect ? see picture
I have tried various commands and I can push commands to the client so it is connected to Jamf. And also changing to different network does not solve it
Anyone has an idea?

I am having the same issue. out of 10 devices 3 will do this and i have to reimage. Very strange

Yes and going to support with it it mostly just the solution "have you tried en re-enroll". and yes - it works. But as IT admin we need to find the reason behind this as re-enroll every time some strange error occurs is pain for users and also time wasting
