I need send files in to the desktop for the clients with OS X

Not exactly sure what you're saying here. You need to place files onto user's Desktops?

you can package up a dmg with composer, then create a policy with fill user template or fill existing user to deploy it. (can't remember which)

DMG with FEU (Fill Existing Users) selected would be one way. It can be a little brute force, but it should work.

If you need a little more control and granularity, then using a PKG with post install script to copy files deployed to something like /tmp/ into user's Desktops could work too. It just depends on what you're after. There isn't a direct way to drop files from your Mac onto a selection of computers and have it copy to them, a la ARD. That is one thing ARD can do that Jamf Pro can't do without going through several steps. They're different beasts really.
