Set default phone app in facetime settings

Hi all,

how can i set the default phone app in facetime settings via bash script? We need to change this setting to a custom app for all managed computers after installing the custom app via policy.

Facetime -> Settings

I found some suggestions on the mac admin slack channels for scripts but haven't tested them out yet. In my case Facetime is defaulting to Dialpad app and I reached out to the company to ask if they can change the settings on their end so that it changes the app behavior, but so far they have only given me instructions how to manually modify the settings in Facetime which everyone knows how to do, doesn't answer my question, and isn't the solution I'm looking for because I need something that can modify all endpoint devices....hopefully if I find something that works I'll share it here.
