Setting curfews on iOS devices like we can on MacOS devices?

We've been running curfews on MacOS devices for years. In this remote learning environment we have been asked about the same for iOS devices. I see no obvious way to do this either by looking at the options in configuration profiles (Parental Controls are an obvious category in MacOS, I see none in iOS) to set them up. Also, no quick direction in Google searching.

Possible?

    you should look into the Jamf Parent App. Which allows you to set a schedule where parents/caregivers can set up restrictions individually, on school issues devices after school hours. and then during class time you take back full controll
