my ipads have been enrolled through the apple school manager of my department to which I do not have access.
In our establishment we also created an apple school manager that allows us to make applications purchases through the vpp and we wanted to use our apple school manager to create user accounts, classes to upload in jamf.
This has already been done, but in practice on the shared ipad devices enrolled by the department apple school manager, they obviously does not want our userswhos where created on our apple school manager.
Is this normal?
Is there a solution to make our own accounts of students and classes work without having access to the apple school of the department ?
