Recently when I go into the App log, there appears a pie graph that says "Locked 13 minutes" or other times. Some go back to the middle of March. Some show as recently as yesterday. I have looked at many laptops and they are being used for many applications. How can I "fix" this?

+29Locked = machine is idle and password-locked/prompts for a password. So an app is not necessarily "active" when this is going on, although it's running in the background, it clearly has no user focus.
