We have multiple clients with outlook 16.39 and 16.40 that the skype presence is not updated in the header from the mails ( to, from, BCC field).
The strange part: if you take the address book and search for persons, there the skype presence is accurate.
I removed Outlook, Skype and teams from a client and reinstalled everything with the latest version (outlook, skype and teams). But no luck.
Did someone already saw the same behaviour ? suggestions to fix this?
