I am in process of creating a new build flow for our company. Can i create a smart group is such a way that once a computer becomes a part of that particular smart group , it will automatically remove the computer from all old smart groups.

+15What you could do is add a Criteria to your old smart groups that says "Group Membership IS NOT newGroup".
Then if a computer becomes a member of New Group, it'll fall out of the other 'old' groups. Not pretty, but it should work.
