Any reason, why the JSS is not picking up software licenses being used?? I've deleted and re entered in everything.

Normally because some information in the definition is incorrect.
The name needs to match exactly the name in Finder including .app
eg.
Adobe Photoshop CS5.app
I always use 'version like' so the above would be
like '12.'
