Is anyion using this for remote support? it worked well on our Mojave macs, but for catalina, nothing but problems....

+8We're looking into using Solarwinds for remote support. Can you elaborate on the problems you've had?
+17the install is a pain. sometimes it works, other times not so much. when it doesn't work, all you see is a black screen, it connects but theres no visibility. there are multiple security prompts and the definitions are horrible. last but not least, solarwinds customer service ranks all the way down with your worst experience.
