I added a new category for Printers to Self-Service but now it has placed itself on top of the other other-wisely alphabetically sorted categories. Is there a fix for this? Thanks!

Sorting categories in Self Service?

Go to Global Management > Categories and then click on the actual Category. Go into Edit mode and you'll see a dropdown for "Priority in Self Service" and a further description below it. This is pretty a self explanatory item I think, so just follow the instructions on that page.
