Stop Home sync ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data

How can we stop Syncing ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data ? It seems that it gets synced even though we have explicit settings in JSS for not syncing this folder.

For a user, does Microsoft Office profile settings are saved in this folder.
