Has anyone seen this proxy popup. We re baselines our OS to the latest Yosemite 10.10.5 and we're noticing this popup:

+16That definitely doesn't look like the normal proxy popup that I'm used to seeing:
Are you running any particular apps at the times that you see that popup? Or are there any plugins or software running in the background that might need Internet access (even to check for updates, etc.)?
