Strange (textless) error message at login - Applications icon and prohibitory sign

Hi all.

Since about mid of July, we are experiencing the following strange and not-so-much-telling error message box:

44e6fb3cf36f481989aaf06a39fdbf1f

It happens to many, if not even all of our users, immediately after login, and sometimes even again during work.

It might be related to the 10.14.6 update, but could also be a co-incidence.

From what I can tell now, it seems not to bring any lack of functionality experienced by the users, but it just more than annoying.

Has anyone ever seen this window? If yes, where does it come from, and how to remediate this? If not: Any ideas how I could find out about causing process?

That looks to be the popup for a Restricted Software Policy.

@cbednarzwd This is related to PI-007275, which was resolved in Jamf Pro 10.15.0.

For further information and clarification, recommend you contact Jamf Support.

I got this after Jamf 10.14 upgrade. By trial and error, one app at a time, I determined it was Siri.app in app restrictions.

@lanceplautz The PI was introduced in Jamf Pro 10.14.x, and supposedly resolved in Jamf Pro 10.15.0.
