Did everyone decide to take a 4 day vacation? I've never had to wait more than 1-2 minutes on hold the few times I have had to call. Today the wait times have been 20 minutes the first time (before I gave up) and this time I've been on hold for 25 minutes so far.
I used the support chat before calling the first time but didn't get the issue with my hosted JSS resolved.
