Has anyone a idea how to do settings for the Microsoft Teams app for every user to allow screensharing on Teams?

Screen sharing has to be set by the user.

What @MatG said. There is no automated way to approve Screen Recording, Mic, Camera or Input Monitoring.

Bumping for another look. Still no way to do this using JAMF?

Apple has purposely made it so access to Screen Recording, Mic, Camera and Input Monitoring has to be approved by the user and can't be done in an automated method.  This is a security thing.
