We've used the web clip for Self Service on iOS since rolling out Casper Jamf Pro several years ago. As use of it has increased, so have complaints about its relatively sluggish response and incomplete feedback regarding app installs. I'd like to push the Self Service mobile app to replace it, but people are used to the custom icon we have on the web clip, and it is shown in several places on our documentation.
Is there any way to customize the mobile app icon?
Also, does it have an URL scheme or file type assigned to it?
I've selfservice:// and jamfselfservice:// without success. An URL scheme would allow for a web clip that would point back to the app.
