I'm having a problem with trend on Catalina. I have a Kernel Extension whitelist config profile on the machine, but the security tab still says I have to click allow.

I'm assuming your system is in scope and the profile is present? Is there a chance that Trend Micro are using system extensions and not kernel extensions?

+14I'm sorry, I misread your post and was in the middle of correcting it. What I said was true for system extensions but not kernel extensions. See my edited post for some suggestions.
