UAMDM status incorrect

Any thoughts on why the "User Approved MDM" status reported in JAMF 10.4.1 might be "No", even though the MDM profile has been approved? I even checked DerFlounder's extension attribute for UAMDM status (for those of us who didn't wait for JAMF 10.3), and that does report the status correctly as "Yes".

This means that the cool new notification to approve MDM persists for this client. No love even after an inventory update.

I was having this problem too...any time you use user level MDM, it resets UAMDM status:

The only way I could mitigate (we are using DEP) is to block MDM from being removed in my prestage.

@blackholemac Thanks! DEP helps - but we'll be carrying legacy systems for a while, so your tip & link are much appreciated.

@nateburt I'm seeing the exact same thing in my environment where some machines are showing UAMDM not approved. Doing a "profiles status -type enrollment" shows it is user approved. I've also ran rtrouton's EA for user approved MDM and it shows it is approved, but Jamf shows not approved.

How did you fix this?

@nateburt @bbot Did you ever find a solution? I am seeing this on about 10-15 out of my 900+ Student Machines at our High School.

They are user approved but not reporting it. Have tried reboots, recon, and flushing commands with no luck.
