Hi guys, we are new to jamf. My user received their first company owned iphone that is registered with ABM.
The problem is that they are not able to clone their existing iphones. There is no option to do that, they only are able to restore a previous backup or to start from scratch.
The log in window after the wifi setting goes to the company welcome page and than the procedure completes itself without the option to clone the existing iphone.
Could you please give me some advice or tips? What could be the culprit?

@Philein You don't want to restore a backup from a different device onto a Managed device as it will break the management configuration.
