I am using the cloud-based version of JSS and after deleting the configuration profiles from the device (iPad Air) I tried re-enrolling but I am getting an error "Unable to install MDM profile please contact your administrator." Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

Ive had this in the past but since you run the cloud instance the only thing i can think of is 1. check the time on the device. 2. we had some wonky DNS stuff going on that was causing issues with activation.
