Hi,
I'm trying to create a configuration profile for distributing fonts, but no matter what file I try to upload (I've confirmed the fonts work fine on a local Mac), I get the following error:
"File format not supported."
Has anyone run in to this and know what needs doing to make it work? I've searched the forum but I've been unable to find anything on this particular issue.

Never mind, seems I had three libraries of fonts that were somehow not working in Jamf but the last one did...

I ran into this same problem. The 3 letter filename extension needs to be LOWERCASE. Might be a JAMF Pro bug. Rename the file extension to lowercase and the font will upload to the JAMF Config Profile no problem.

Hi Everyone,
I have the same error using an OTF file. I have changed the filename to be lowercase and removing any characters (. and - ). Still get the same error stated in the ticket above.
Any other ideas or reasons for such behaviour?
Thanks,
Arno
