Uninstalled Xcode CLI but terminal tells me its still there

I used 

$ sudo rm -rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools 

to uninstall Xcode CLI but after that when running

xcode-select -p

I am still getting an output of /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools

I checked the Developer folder and its empty...even the info says 0 bytes but for some reason...I am still getting that output? Can anyone tell me why? There definitely is no folder there
