Is there a clean way to have JSS uninstall previous versions of Adobe Reader and Acrobat? Everything i've read says that for reader all you need do is remove the 2 plugins from /Libarary/Internet Plug-ins. Correct? What do ya'll do for Acrobat?

not too sure about Acrobat, but with Reader, its mostly the application and the plug-ins, but I think there are also some support files in both /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Reader/ and ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/
I'd look in those locations to see what may need to be removed for a complete uninstall. Then there are plist files too if you want to go that far...

I use a free application called App Cleaner to get an idea of what files go with certain applications. Just drag Acrobat in and see what files go with it...
