Update existing version of Handbrake to latest

+12Add Handbrake as a patch management item and deploy the patch via Self Service. To get a patch definition for it, we use the definition supplied by macmacintosh in https://beta2.communitypatch.com.
If you don't want to use Patch Management, you could also create a Self Service item that automatically deploys the latest version from Installomator. Handbrake is one of Installomator's supported titles.
