+3+3Turns out it can be done through modifying the remote desktop plist com.apple.RemoteDesktop
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.RemoteDesktop Text1 "TextForSection1"
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.RemoteDesktop Text2 "TextForSection2"Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
