I haven't upgraded yet, but there are bunch of new features I am interested in playing with (JDS and AWS) but I am a little nervous about upgrading. I havent had a chance to setup a test server, so I was wondering what others have seen and if there have been any major problems with upgrading?

I would not upgrade a production server without extensively testing first...
If nothing else, find another server, or run a VM on your Mac with the OS that you're using to host your JSS. Spin up a test server there, restore a copy of your live DB.

All you will have to do is look through the discussions posted here to get a good idea of the live issues

I would personally hold off on the upgrade, we did it and we are on the second day, the list of issues we are having are "Device Signature Error" when updating inventory, It has also broken the OSX ad plugin for snow leopard, it appears to conflict with dsconfigad which mounts the home share mount in the dock and then no login policy's are running for us.

Most things seem to be working for us. It did break our external certificate for iPad enrollment, and it defaulted to the internal one again. Tomcat is still configured to use the correct one, its just doing its own thing for the iPads I guess. Not too big of a deal, just had to re-enable the prompt for them to install the internal cert for now.
There are a couple UI issues as well, like trying to specify a profile name in a smart group.
