Upload VPP Codes.... nothing appears...

Hi Nation...

i recently bought an app for iPad from VPP program. Download the .xls file... Upload it from casper with the creation of the APPS from the JSS...

My screen flashes and nothing appears on the screen... no codes nothing... total, redeem and available stays at 0....

is there a reason why ?

thanks for the reply... the issue has been fixed... we are in french language... so i had to modify 2 field in the xls file to make it work...

    This happened when the person that purchased the Codes opened the file and mad some changes( spacing I think). Did you alter the file in anyway?
