User and location issue with JAMF Reset

Upon device re-enrollment from Jamf Reset. The user and location information are blank. Steps I have check to verify everything is in the right place
On setup Re-enrollment everything is unchecked.
I deleted the Inventory Preload sheets that was created. I changed my test device location and room information saved it and waited on the last inventory update to reflect the change but nothing.
