Using the profiles command in 10.15.4

I've been using "profiles -I -F /tmp/file.mobileconfig" to install a profile manually for years. Now I'm getting the following when trying to push it out via ARD, as root, to several computers:

Enter the admin user name:Error: Missing user name.
profiles install for file:'/users/shared/documents/file.mobileconfig' and user:'root' returned -4578 (The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -4578.))

What am I missing?

Hi @nkuhl30,
I noticed mobileconfigs that contain "com.apple.TCC.configuration-profile-policy" are unable to be installed if not deployed via a MDM. I am unsure how deep the newly added security goes, but try removing lines pertaining to Apple system files/processes and see if it makes a difference.
