I need to implement a web content filter to filter all Adult, Gambling and malicious sites. Our company uses Chrome for web browsing, so Parental controls in Jamf Configuration profiles doesn't work. Please let me know of the easiest way to make this happen for our whole fleet. Can it be done internally or do I need a 3rd party app to distribute via Jamf? I'm kinda a Noob, so simplest is best.

the simplest way will be to block the URLs on your central firewall and not on the machines itself. We are blocking urls like streaming services central on our firewall. This is the best way to get no exception for anybody :)

I would look at a centralized tool like Cisco Umbrella to manage this.
