Can this be added to patch management? Seems its one of those common apps that is updated frequently and would benefit from being added.

+21In principle I agree with this, but the version your organization uses will depend on your contract with WebEx. For the longest time, we were many major versions behind the newest one WebEx had. This was because our contract dictated that we stay x number of versions behind so that's all our server was setup for.
+6Well you still have to upload your version/package you want to deploy, so assuming all relesaes (say, of the Productivity Tools, which give us the most fits) are listed, you can just deploy that one.
WebEx is a huge pain in the butt for us, so this would be a good add!
+12Has anyone found a way to update ptools without requiring admin rights? (i.e., letting non-admin users update on their own?)
