What is the app Dynamic Size?

I'm looking for an explanation of the "Dynamic Size" parameter in Mobile Devices>"DeviceName">Inventory>Apps. Is that the volume of data that the app has downloaded?

I assume Bundle Size is the size of the App and Dynamic Size is the data stored within the app.
Someone please confirm.
