What's the correct way to shut down a locally hosted JSS?

I have managed to shut down TomCat, but wondered what else needed to be done. We are in the process of being hosted in the cloud.

    Shut down tomcat, shut down MySQL if you aren’t going to use it anymore and that’s it.
