Whitelist specific USB storage device?

Does anyone know of a way that I can whitelist a specific product/vendor ID USB storage device and blacklist everything else? Does OSX or JSS offer that capability without a third party tool? Thanks!

This is all Jamf has under Restrictions - Media afaik

Don't think you can in Jamf.
I know it's possible in Sophos (ie allow in Jamf then general block in Sophos but allow specif devices)
