Wifi Profile to not allow to Connect to available WIFI

Hello, Sorry if this has been asked before.

Is there a Wifi Profile that when someone tries to connect to an available WIFI it does not allow them?

You could send a WiFi configuration with that particular SSID and a bad password and it will stop the machine from connecting to it.
